Book trips, fuel, leasing and other items as the month goes. The overview shows the month's revenue, costs, estimated result and a suggested VAT reserve.
Before closing, you mark the period reviewed and then closed. A closed month is locked against changes. VAT figures and summaries are suggestions that need review — CabSight does not replace an accountant.
