Terms for CabSight Business (free beta)
These terms apply when your company uses CabSight Business during the beta. The person who creates the company in the service accepts the terms on the company's behalf.
Last changed: 29 October 2026
Parties and service
The service is provided by Kiatar AB, company registration number 559608-8574 ("we"). CabSight Business is a web service for following up a taxi company's finances. The service is for businesses. The person who creates a company in the service confirms that they may act for that company.
Free during the beta
The service is free during the beta, which runs until further notice. Nothing is charged automatically: no card details are collected. If we start charging, we will tell you by email at least 30 days in advance. Your company pays only if it chooses a paid plan itself; otherwise you can download your data before the beta ends.
Your account
Keep your password secret. Your company is responsible for what is done in its account and for the data entered being correct and allowed to be entered.
Your company's data
The data your company enters belongs to your company. We process the personal data in it under the data processing agreement. Your company can download its data as a CSV or SIE file at any time. Uploaded documents are not part of our backups; keep your own copies of records you must keep under the Swedish Bookkeeping Act.
No bookkeeping or advice
CabSight does not replace bookkeeping, an accountant or an auditor. Figures such as the VAT reserve and driver pay are estimates based on what has been entered. Suggestions, including from AI, are suggestions and should be reviewed. Check them against your records and with your accountant.
Features in beta
Importing Uber and Bolt files and exporting SIE files have not yet been tested against real customers' files. Check the result against the report from Uber or Bolt, and have your accountant review the SIE file before it is imported.
Availability and support
During the beta we promise no particular availability. We announce planned interruptions when we can. If something goes wrong, changes made since the latest daily backup may be lost. Support is given through support@cabsight.com; we aim to reply within two working days.
Liability
The service is free during the beta. We are not liable for indirect losses, for example lost income, tax surcharges or fees that follow from estimates in the service being used without checking. Our total liability to your company, under both these terms and the data processing agreement, is limited to SEK 1,000 per calendar year. These limits do not apply if we caused the damage intentionally or through gross negligence, or where mandatory law says otherwise. Nor do they limit the right of drivers and other individuals to compensation under the GDPR.
Ending
Your company can stop using the service at any time. Write to support@cabsight.com and tell us whether you want the data deleted straight away or returned first. We may end the beta or the service with at least 30 days' notice by email; download your data before then. What then happens to the data is set out in the data processing agreement, under "When the agreement ends".
Changes to the terms
We announce changes by email at least 30 days before they apply. If your company does not accept a change, you can close the account before then.
Governing law
Swedish law applies. Disputes are decided by the general courts, with Solna District Court (Solna tingsrätt) as the first instance.
